Purple K (potassium bicarbonate) is significantly more effective on Class B flammable liquid fires than standard ABC dry chemical — independently documented to deliver roughly twice the fire-suppression performance per pound on fuel fires. The preferred agent for oil, gas, chemical, and utilities industries wherever fast knockdown of flammable liquid or pressurized gas fires is critical.
Available in aluminum valve (light to medium duty) and brass valve (heavy duty) configurations. USCG-approved option and chrome cylinder option available. Wheeled versions available for large-area industrial coverage. Capacity range: 1 lb to 20 lb portable.
