  • Learning Objectives
    Inform the user what they will be learning at the outset of the course and chapter.
  • Video Instruction
    3-5 minute informative clips make content digestion manageable for a variety of learning styles and aids in knowledge retention.
  • Quizzes with "Targeted" Remediation
    If a question is answered incorrectly, employees are taken to the potion of the video containing the relevant information for re-learning. This reduces training time and lost productivity.
  • Topic Tests
    To confirm the employees' knowledge of each segment, employees must pass the topic tests to proceed to the next chapter.

Course Update Policy

At the customer’s request, MARCOM will update all courses that a customer purchases with any new versions of the courses that MARCOM produces during the license period, at no charge.
