The ANSUL SPILL-X system provides fast containment and neutralization of hazardous chemical spills before they escalate into fire, exposure, or environmental incidents.
SPILL-GUN Applicator (SC-30): Rugged, rechargeable field applicator that safely directs SPILL-X agent from a distance of 10–12 ft (3–3.6 m), providing additional safety margin for the responder. Each SC-30 treats up to a 3 gal (11 L) spill (approximately 100 sq ft / 9 m²). Available in Acid (SC-30-A), Caustic (SC-30-C), and Solvent (SC-30-S) configurations.
SPILL-X Absorbent Agents — 4 formulations:
- SPILL-X-A — Acid neutralization (sulfuric, hydrochloric, nitric, and other acids)
- SPILL-X-C — Caustic neutralization (sodium hydroxide, ammonia, alkaline spills)
- SPILL-X-S — Solvent absorption (flammable and combustible liquids)
- SPILL-X-FP — Flammable powder / formaldehyde / solvent hazards
Multipurpose and single-agent kits with polypropylene containers. Accessories include gloves, goggles, pans, guide, and pH indicating paper. Spill Treatment Agent Refill Kits available for all formulations.
